A semi-urban municipality plagued by frequent communal and religious tensions sought support in reducing recurring conflicts. Our Association partnered with the district council to train 25 local elders, youth leaders, and religious figures in basic ADR methods, including mediation, facilitation, and dialogue circles.
Our Personal Approach
